At Chúgar Bakery, I created inspired high-end desserts to entice your palate and leave you wanting more. The handcrafted pastries went beyond looks… each one was crafted as a unique and luxurious experience. Our approach was rooted in classical French techniques, infused with Latin American and European flavors, and drew from more than three generations of experience and tradition. 

Although I closed the business in 2019, I continue to share my skills with young culinary students. I do workshops and demos for aspiring chefs in high schools and community colleges. On very special occasions, I make desserts for big celebrations for family and friends.
