A tribute to my heritage, this exotic cake is layered with coconut biscuit, coconut nectar (mousse-like) and passion fruit cream. The outside is masked with fresh whipped cream and accented with white chocolate wafers and toasted coconut.

9 1/2" D x 2 1/4" H — Serves 12 - 16

Serving Tips:

  • Use a knife with a smooth edge, not serrated. 
  • Before cutting, dip the knife in hot water and quickly dry off excess water with a towel. Cut.
  • Do this for every slice. It will give you a very clean slice and prevent an unattractive smear.
