Carrot Cake with Valrhona Dulcey Buttercream

An elevated version of the classic carrot cake, made with fresh carrot puree, Mexican cinnamon and toasted walnuts, layered with Valrhona Dulcey chocolate (caramelized white chocolate) and cream cheese buttercream. The airy lightness in the buttercream with caramel notes bring this cake to a whole new level.

Serving Tips:

  • Use a serrated knife. 
  • Before cutting, dip the knife in hot water and quickly dry off excess water with a towel. 
  • Cut.
