A creamy disc of crème brûlée (or passion fruit cream) enveloped in Valrhona Manjari over a thin almond biscuit soaked in Grand Marnier.

This dessert is gluten-free. Biscuit made with ground almonds, egg whites and sugar—no flour.

Serving Tips:

  • Use a knife with a smooth edge, not serrated. 
  • Before cutting, dip the knife in hot water and quickly dry off excess water with a towel. 
  • Cut.
  • Do this for every slice. It will give you a very clean slice and prevent an unattractive smear.
