This pie has double the pecans of a traditional pecan pie. More nuts, less filler.
Flaky pie dough packed with toasted pecans with just enough caramel custard filling to glue the nuts together.

Serving Tips and Ideas:
- Will keep at room temperature for two days. After that, please refrigerate.
- Use a serrated knife and cut gently using "sawing" motion.
- Serve with Bourbon whipped cream (add one tablespoon of Bourbon to 1 cup of heavy cream and whip to soft peaks).
- Another good complement is maple cinnamon whipped cream. Beat 1 cup of heavy cream, when it starts to thicken add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup + 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Continue beating to stiff peaks. Serve.
