Classic Tiramisú made in individual 4 oz portion cups. "Pick me up" is the translation for "Tiramisú, an appropriate name for a dessert made with espresso. I decided to keep this one classic by soaking Italian ladyfingers in freshly brewed espresso and layering it with mascarpone mousse. For the topping I use Cacao Barry brute cocoa powder.
