What's inside the bright pink box?
Two Alfajores Truffles
Hello Philly Pheast Supporter!
Thank you for supporting our programs at C-CAP by attending our annual fundraiser. You may be curious about what is in the bright pink box.
It is my gift to you. As the new Program Coordinator at C-CAP Philly, I wanted to share a little bit of my heritage with you. In the box, you will find two truffles inspired by one of my grandmother’s best-selling pastries from her bakery in Honduras: Alfajores.
Alfajores are cookies made with a delicate savory wafer sandwiched with dulce de leche.
Please open your box, unwrap the alfajores truffles, and enjoy!

Ingredients in Alfajores Truffles:
Milk chocolate truffle shell
Argentinian dulce de leche
Caramelized white chocolate
Flour, butter, eggs, & baking powder
Storage:
If eating within two days, keep it at room temperature. For longer storage, keep it in the freezer and bring it back to room temperature before eating.
My twin sister likes to refrigerate them and eat them cold. She’s obsessed with them this way. Try it and let me know how you like them cold.
Please recycle packaging.
